Definitions

Who can purchase from us

To place an order at takekova.com, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of the Netherlands, Germany, or another EU member state to which we ship (see Section 10)
• Provide a valid delivery address, email address, and payment method
• Not be acting on behalf of a commercial reseller without our prior written consent

KOVA Daily Strength is a food supplement formulated for adult use. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a diagnosed kidney or liver condition, or are taking prescription medication.

Product description

KOVA Daily Strength is a premium six-ingredient daily supplement formulated specifically for women. Each single-serve sachet contains creatine monohydrate (5g, pharmaceutical-grade Creavitalis®), magnesium bisglycinate (56mg, 15% NRV), vitamin D3 (50µg, 1000% NRV, lichen-derived vegan source), vitamin K2 MK-7 (180µg, 240% NRV), folate as 5-MTHF (400µg, 200% NRV, Quatrefolic®), and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (500µg, 20,000% NRV). Presented as a 30-day refill sleeve (30 × single-serve sachets).

The complete ingredient list, nutritional information, allergen declarations, and authorised health claims for each product are published on the product page at takekova.com. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to our formulation (due to ingredient availability or quality improvements) provided the adjusted formulation meets or exceeds declared nutritional values. We will update the product page and notify active subscribers of any material formulation change.

Stock availability

All products are offered subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you have placed your order, we will notify you within 1 business day and offer a full refund or an estimated restock date.

Pricing and VAT

Day-zero one-time purchases

Subscription plans

All displayed prices include VAT at the applicable rate: Netherlands 9% (food supplement, low-VAT rate); Germany 7% (Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, CN code 2106). VAT for other EU member states is applied at checkout via our OSS registration. We give active subscribers at least 30 days' notice and the right to cancel before any price change takes effect. VAT rate changes imposed by law are not considered a price change for this purpose and apply immediately.

Placing an order and formation of contract

1. Product selection — choose your day-zero first parcel (Welcome Ritual or Sleeve) and your subscription plan, or select a one-time purchase
2. Delivery details — enter your delivery address and contact information
3. Payment — select your preferred payment method and enter payment details
4. Review — review your complete order summary, including the day-zero charge, your subscription plan, the day-31 charge amount and date, VAT, and delivery estimate
5. Confirmation — click the order confirmation button, labelled "Order with obligation to pay" (or equivalent) in compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive

A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If you notice an error (incorrect address, wrong subscription tier), contact us at hello@takekova.com as soon as possible — we can correct errors if the order has not yet been dispatched.

How your subscription works — day 0, day 31, and beyond

The day-zero / day-31 structure

Your KOVA subscription works in two stages. On day zero you make a one-time purchase of either the Welcome Ritual (€49) or the Sleeve (€35), and your first parcel ships within 1–2 business days. On day 31, your first subscription charge is taken automatically — €35 for Monthly, €96 for The 90-Day Ritual, or €348 for Annual — and your first refill ships the same day. Subsequent charges follow your chosen cadence.

Your flexibility

From your account portal at takekova.com/account you can skip a delivery, pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months, switch between plans, update your delivery address, or update your payment method — at any time, 24/7, without contacting customer support.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without any cancellation fee or penalty. Cancellation methods include:

• Your account portal at takekova.com/account
• The footer button "Verträge hier kündigen" on every page of takekova.com (required under §312k BGB for German customers and available to all customers; no login required)
• Email to hello@takekova.com from the address on your account

Cancellation takes effect immediately. We confirm by email within 1 business day. Full details — including the failed-payment recovery process, price-change notification rights, and the full subscription journey — are in our Subscription Terms.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by Mollie B.V. (Netherlands), a licensed payment services provider regulated by De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). We use automated fraud detection tools — if an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may request additional verification before fulfilling it.

Right of withdrawal and our 90-day satisfaction promise

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal

The 14-day withdrawal period starts on the day you physically receive the goods. To exercise this right, clearly inform us before the period expires via the model withdrawal form (Annex A), email to legal@takekova.com, or your customer account portal.

Our voluntary 90-day satisfaction promise

Beyond the statutory minimum, we offer a voluntary 90-day satisfaction promise on The 90-Day Ritual and Annual subscriptions. If KOVA isn't for you within 90 days of your first subscription charge, one email to hello@takekova.com and we refund the subscription payment in full. No minimum number of sachets must be consumed, no diary, no proof of use. The promise is limited to one claim per customer, household, and payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

The Monthly plan is built for flexibility instead — cancel before any delivery, 14-day return on unopened sleeves. You may switch from Monthly to The 90-Day Ritual at any time to access the satisfaction promise from the switch date forward.

The 90-day satisfaction promise is a voluntary commercial guarantee within the meaning of Article 2(14) of Directive 2011/83/EU and §443 of the German Civil Code. Your statutory rights — including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year guarantee for defects — are not restricted by this promise and are exercised free of charge.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Shipping is free on every order — day-zero one-time purchases, subscription deliveries, and standalone Vessel orders alike — to all markets where we ship.

We currently ship to: Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Ireland, Luxembourg, and Poland.

Defects, complaints & quality guarantee

All KOVA products are covered by the EU statutory 2-year guarantee of conformity (Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code; §437 of the German Civil Code). If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within a reasonable time (we recommend within 2 months of discovering the defect) at hello@takekova.com with your order number, description, photographs, and batch number (printed on the sleeve and each sachet).

Intellectual property

All content on takekova.com — including the KOVA name and wordmark, product designs, the aluminium Vessel design, photography, written content, and website code — is the intellectual property of Sales Core B.V. and is protected under Dutch and EU law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Creavitalis® is a registered trademark of AlzChem Trostberg GmbH and is used under licence. Quatrefolic® is a registered trademark of Gnosis by Lesaffre. You are welcome to share organic content about your KOVA experience on social media, including photographs of our products.

Health and medical disclaimer

KOVA Daily Strength is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. All health claims made on takekova.com are authorised under EU Regulation 1924/2006 and refer specifically to the named ingredient (e.g. magnesium contributes to normal muscle function; vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue). Individual experience may vary and we are not authorised to promise outcomes beyond the EFSA-approved wording.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any food supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a diagnosed kidney or liver condition, are taking prescription medication, or have any other serious medical condition. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The recommended daily dose of one sachet should not be exceeded.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Dutch or EU consumer law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order or subscription is limited to the total amount you paid for that order or, in the case of a subscription, the amounts paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time of your order, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law, jurisdiction & changes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. As an EU consumer, you benefit from the protection of the mandatory consumer law provisions of your country of habitual residence. For any dispute that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure, you may refer to:

We may update these Terms from time to time. For active subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' written notice of material changes by email. If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect without penalty.
