A KOVA subscription means a new 30-day supply arrives at your door — automatically, on time, without effort. These Subscription Terms explain exactly how your subscription works, what flexibility you have, and what happens in every scenario.
What your KOVA subscription includes

You can switch between plans at any time through your account portal at takekova.com/account. Plan changes take effect at your next billing date. The 90-Day Ritual is pre-selected at checkout because it gives creatine time to reach saturation in the body with consistent daily use before your subscription auto-renews. The Annual plan is billed once per year and ships automatically each quarter (four deliveries per year).
How billing works
Billing cycle
Your first payment is taken at the time you place your order. Subsequent payments are taken automatically on the same calendar date each billing period. If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (e.g. the 31st in a 30-day month), the charge falls on the last day of that month.
Renewal notification — we always tell you first
We send you a renewal reminder email 5–7 days before every scheduled charge, containing: the exact amount (including any applicable sales tax), the exact charge date, your current delivery address, and one-click links to skip, pause, or cancel. We will never charge you without this advance notice.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your KOVA subscription at any time, without giving a reason, and without any cancellation fee or penalty.
Cancelling is as simple as signing up. You can cancel online yourself in a few clicks from your account — no phone call required, no retention hoops, no waiting on hold. Your cancellation takes effect immediately and we confirm it by email.

After you cancel
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 1 business day
- No further charges will be made after the effective cancellation date
- Any order already dispatched before your request is not reversed
- Your account remains accessible for 3 years — order history and preferences are retained
- Your Vessel is yours to keep. Cancelling does not affect ownership of the Vessel
Price changes
30 days' notice minimum — We will notify you of any price change affecting your active subscription at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email.
Right to cancel — If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect, without penalty.
Tax changes are excluded — Changes to sales-tax rates or rules imposed by law are not considered a "price change" for the purposes of this commitment and apply as required by law.

Gift subscriptions
Gift subscriptions
- Gift subscriptions are prepaid for a fixed duration (1, 3, or 12 months) and do not auto-renew unless the recipient chooses to start their own subscription
- The gift giver pays in full at purchase. A gift code is emailed to the giver to pass on to the recipient
- Gift subscriptions are non-refundable once redeemed. Unredeemed codes may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Our 30-day return policy applies to the gift giver (as the purchaser) for unredeemed gift subscriptions
