These are the terms on which we sell KOVA products and offer subscriptions through takekova.com. We have written them to be understood, not just accepted. If a section is unclear, please contact us at hello@takekova.com before placing an order.

Who can purchase from us
To place an order at takekova.com, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of the United States with a valid U.S. shipping address
- Provide a valid delivery address, email address, and payment method
- Not be acting on behalf of a commercial reseller without our prior written consent
KOVA Daily Strength is a dietary supplement formulated for adult use. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a diagnosed kidney or liver condition, or are taking prescription medication.

Product description
KOVA Daily Strength is a premium six-ingredient daily supplement formulated specifically for women. Each single-serve sachet contains creatine monohydrate (5g, 99.95% purity), magnesium bisglycinate (56mg, 13% DV), vitamin D3 (50mcg, 250% DV, lichen-derived vegan source), vitamin K2 as MK-7 (180mcg, 150% DV), folate as 5-MTHF (400mcg DFE, 170% DV, Quatrefolic®), and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin (500mcg, 20,833% DV). Presented as a 30-day refill sleeve (30 × single-serve sachets).
Formulation and ingredients
The complete ingredient list, Supplement Facts, and allergen information for each product are published on the product page at takekova.com. Every batch is independently tested by Eurofins, an accredited third-party laboratory. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to our formulation (due to ingredient availability or quality improvements) provided the adjusted formulation meets or exceeds declared nutritional values. We will update the product page and notify active subscribers of any material formulation change.
Stock availability
All products are offered subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after you have placed your order, we will notify you within 1 business day and offer a full refund or an estimated restock date.

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of tax. Any applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We give active subscribers at least 30 days' notice and the right to cancel before any price change takes effect. Changes in tax rates or tax rules imposed by law are not considered a price change for this purpose and apply as required by law.
Placing an order and formation of contract
- Product selection — choose your day-zero first parcel (Welcome Ritual or Sleeve) and your subscription plan, or select a one-time purchase
- Delivery details — enter your delivery address and contact information
- Payment — select your preferred payment method and enter payment details
- Review — review your complete order summary, including the day-zero charge, your subscription plan, the day-31 charge amount and date, any applicable sales tax, and delivery estimate
- Confirmation — place your order. For subscription orders, you separately acknowledge and consent to the recurring charges, the billing amount and frequency, and the cancellation method, all of which are disclosed to you at checkout before your order is placed
A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If you notice an error (incorrect address, wrong subscription tier), contact us at hello@takekova.com as soon as possible — we can correct errors if the order has not yet been dispatched.
How your subscription works — day 0, day 31, and beyond
The day-zero / day-31 structure
Your KOVA subscription works in two stages. On day zero you make a one-time purchase of either the Welcome Ritual ($56) or the Sleeve ($40), and your first parcel ships within 1–2 business days. On day 31, your first subscription charge is taken automatically — $40 for Monthly, $111 for The 90-Day Ritual, or $403 for Annual — and your first refill ships the same day. Subsequent charges follow your chosen cadence.
You can cancel your subscription at any point between day 0 and day 30 free of charge. The day-31 charge will not be taken. Your day-zero parcel remains yours; unopened items may be returned as described in Section 08.
Your flexibility
From your account portal at takekova.com/account you can skip a delivery, pause your subscription for 1 to 3 months, switch between plans, update your delivery address, or update your payment method — at any time, 24/7, without contacting customer support.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, without giving a reason and without any cancellation fee or penalty. Cancelling online is as simple as signing up. Cancellation methods include:

Cancellation takes effect immediately. We confirm by email within 1 business day. Full details — including the failed-payment recovery process, price-change notification rights, and the full subscription journey — are in our Subscription Terms.
Payment
We accept the following payment methods for one-time purchases and subscriptions:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay
- PayPal (including PayPal Pay Later, where offered)
- Buy-now-pay-later where offered at checkout (e.g., Shop Pay Installments)
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments and PayPal, our PCI-DSS-compliant payment providers. We do not store your full card number. We use automated fraud-detection tools — if an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent, we may request additional verification before fulfilling it.
For every subscription, we send a renewal reminder email before each scheduled charge. It states the exact amount, the exact charge date, and includes one-click links to skip, pause, or cancel. You can also manage everything anytime in your account at takekova.com/account.
Returns and our 90-day satisfaction promise
Returns of unopened products
You may return any sealed, unopened refill sleeve, and the Vessel in unused, original condition, within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. To start a return, email hello@takekova.com with your order number. Return shipping is on us if the return is due to our error; otherwise return shipping is your responsibility. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the returned items.
Can be returned within 30 days (refund of product price): sealed, unopened refill sleeves; the Vessel in unused, original condition; sealed Welcome Ritual components.
Cannot be returned: any refill sleeve from which one or more sachets have been opened. For health and safety reasons, opened supplement products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Our 90-day satisfaction promise
Beyond returns, we offer a voluntary 90-day satisfaction promise on The 90-Day Ritual and Annual subscriptions. If KOVA isn't for you within 90 days of your first subscription charge, one email to hello@takekova.com and we refund that subscription payment in full. No minimum number of sachets must be consumed, no diary, no proof of use. The promise is limited to one claim per customer, household, and payment method. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
The Monthly plan is built for flexibility instead — cancel before any delivery, with our 30-day return on unopened sleeves. You may switch from Monthly to The 90-Day Ritual at any time to access the satisfaction promise from the switch date forward.
This 90-day satisfaction promise is a voluntary guarantee offered by KOVA in addition to any rights you may have under applicable law.
Shipping and delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day are typically dispatched the same day. Shipping is free on every order — day-zero one-time purchases, subscription deliveries, and standalone Vessel orders alike.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship internationally.
Defects, complaints & quality guarantee
All KOVA products are guaranteed to reach you in good condition and to match their description. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within a reasonable time (we recommend within 30 days of delivery) at hello@takekova.com with your order number, a description, photographs, and the batch number (printed on the sleeve and each sachet).

Intellectual property
All content on takekova.com — including the KOVA name and wordmark, product designs, the Vessel design, photography, written content, and website code — is the intellectual property of Sales Core B.V. and is protected under U.S. and applicable international law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Quatrefolic® is a registered trademark of Gnosis by Lesaffre. You are welcome to share organic content about your KOVA experience on social media, including photographs of our products.
Health and medical disclaimer
KOVA Daily Strength is a dietary supplement. It is not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Any statements we make about the ingredients in KOVA describe their effect on the normal structure or function of the body; they are not claims to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Individual results may vary.
You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any dietary supplement if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a diagnosed kidney or liver condition, are taking prescription medication, or have any other serious medical condition. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of one sachet.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or subscription is limited to the total amount you paid for that order or, in the case of a subscription, the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
Governing law, jurisdiction & changes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [STATE], United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your order, or your use of takekova.com will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For active subscribers, we will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email. If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect without penalty.
